Terms of Service

BizRadar.co ("BizRadar," "we," "us") is operated as a sole proprietorship. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bizradar.co and the reports we sell (the "Service"). By purchasing a report or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
BizRadar sells one-time PDF reports ("Snapshot Report" and "Investor Report") that rank business opportunities for a zip code and budget you provide, using public and licensed data (U.S. Census, permit records, search volume, and competitor listings). The Service is a research tool, not a recommendation, and does not guarantee any business outcome.
2. Not Financial, Legal, or Professional Advice
Reports are generated from third-party and public data sources and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or business advice, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for any business or investment decision. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on anything in a report.
3. Accounts
When you purchase a report, we automatically create an account tied to the email address you provide at checkout. There are no passwords -- you sign in with a one-time link sent to that email. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, since it's how you access your purchase history and downloads.
4. Purchases and Payment
Reports are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars.
5. Refunds
Because reports are generated and delivered instantly, all sales are final. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@bizradar.co and we'll look into it.
6. Acceptable Use
You may use reports you've purchased for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish a report, or use automated means to scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service and all reports are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of underlying data sources (Census, permit records, search volume, or competitor listings), and we don't guarantee any particular business outcome from acting on a report.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizRadar's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business losses.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
