1. Information We Collect

When you purchase a report, we collect:

• Your email address (provided at checkout, used to create your account and deliver reports)
• The zip code and budget you submit (used to generate your report)
• Purchase details -- report tier, amount, and date (payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never receive or store them)

We also automatically collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via our hosting provider, used only for security and reliability, not for tracking or advertising.

2. How We Use It

We use your information to:

• Generate and deliver the report you purchased
• Create and secure your account, and send you sign-in links
• Send transactional email (order confirmations, report delivery)
• Respond to support requests you send us

We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell it.

3. Who We Share It With

We share information only with the service providers that run BizRadar:

• Stripe -- payment processing
• Supabase -- account, database, and report storage
• Resend -- transactional email delivery
• Vercel -- application hosting

Each only receives what it needs to do its job. We don't share your information with data brokers or advertisers.

4. Data Retention

We keep your account and order history for as long as your account is active, so you can re-download past reports and use the upgrade path. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

5. Cookies

We use a single functional cookie to keep you signed in after you click your sign-in link. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@bizradar.co.

7. Children's Privacy

BizRadar is not directed at, and we don't knowingly collect information from, anyone under 16.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
